Clear hearing that allows a person to receive messages through your sense of hearing. This ability is connected to the throat chakra.
Listening from the inside out
Sit in a room where you will not be disturbed. Do your grounding and protection exercise.
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes and listen to the sound of your breathing. If you can detect it, listen to your heartbeat. Next, listen to the sounds inside the room where you are sitting. Identify each one.
When you are ready, listen to the sounds inside the building and identify them. Move to listening to the sounds outside the building.
Move your way back to listening to the sounds outside to the ones in your body.
Experiment with listening to different spaces at once. See if you can differentiate where the sounds are coming from.
Now try all of the spaces at once. Notice how all the sounds are connected to you.
You can also exercise your clairaudience after waking up or in bed before you go to sleep. This is a good exercise for you if you haven’t tried meditation.
Do this exercise daily for seven days and let me know the results.
