This was my first time making muffins from scratch. I had several taste testers who enjoyed how they were not overly sweet.

  1. 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Smash dates with fork or blend in food processor. 3. Mix dry ingredients together. 4. Stir in date water and almond milk. 5. Stir in dates and coconut oil. 6. Using tablespoon, scoop mix into non-stick mini muffin pan. 7. Cook for 9 – 11 minutes.
