Heal Mind & Body From The Inside (Resources)

We are all stardust. There is a connection between our chakras, the energetic centers along our spine, and the planets. When we have challenging thoughts, emotions, and experiences, it may also coincide with the planetary transits. How we respond is based on the planetary placements in our sidereal natal chart. Yoga, meditation, and diet are ways of healing those bumps in the road.

Know Your Soul Planet
There is one planet in our sidereal natal charts that has the highest degree, nearest the 30-degree mark. This is our soul planet and it colors who we are. Read here for more information.

Sun, Moon, or Ascendant
Western Tropical puts an emphasis on the sun sign, or the external expression of who you are. In Vedic sidereal astrology, it is the moon and ascendant. The moon represents your mind, mental health, emotions, and intuition. Looking at the ascendant also provides guidance about your karma (actions and its effects) in the physical world.

Staying Healthy Everyday
Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedic astrology are related. They seem complex because each addresses the mind, body, and spirit in various ways. There are simple approaches that can be done on a daily basis. The key is finding what works for you, especially if you are a beginner.

What About Those Energy Centers?
Chakras are discussed in yoga, Vedic astrology, and Ayurveda. They also come up in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoruba Medicine in some way. The emphasis in all of these is on making sure the energy in the mind and body flow with ease. Illnesses happen when the energy is stagnant. A lot of our daily activities keep our chakras healthy, but we can also be more intentional to balance the flow. This is more important for empaths.

Small Changes Make The Biggest Differences
Incorporating yoga and meditation, plus making a few diet changes can lessen, and sometimes eliminate, issues we experience. The key is having a regular daily practice. Studying my sidereal natal chart was the beginning of how everything is connected. My daily routine helped me a lot; what I didn’t need naturally left my life.

Ease into the above practices. You can simply reflect on where in your life things feel imbalanced and apply the changes. The practices can fit any lifestyle. Again, the key is making it a regular practice. Be well!
